The HubSpot CRM On-Site Training Process
Our three-part process ensures you’ll get the results you want out of your HubSpot CRM training with IMPACT.
Since all of our HubSpot CRM trainings are tailored to the unique needs of an organization, first, we will send you a comprehensive assessment about your sales process and sales team. (Keep in mind, some of these questions will be asked again during the training to learn how your team answers.)
The On-Site Training
The first part of the training is a discovery session. We will go through a set of questions on deal stages, lead actions, as well as other areas. Next, we have an activity session where we define the correct content for the right customer interactions. Then we move into HubSpot CRM implementation.
After the Training
We know how important it is to keep the momentum going after a training like this. So, as part of the IMPACT HubSpot CRM training package, we will have a 45-minute follow-up call with your team 30 days after the event. That way we can answer any questions and offer further guidance, as needed by your team.
